Comp Park BMX Closing.....
Like all good things, the time has come and the track will be closed down and the end of the week. The last race at Comp Park will be this Wednesday evening. We encourage everyone to come out for one last time to get together for racing and to reminisce about all the good times had at the track. Everyone is welcome to attend and we hope even if you are not racing that you will come out and join us one last time.
Since opening the track a few years ago, it's been a labor of love for me and for those who've been on the journey with me. Without help from everyone who's pitched in over the past few years the bmx track couldn't have made it to this point. For that, Myself, Kyoko, Jason and Tonya would like to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts.
We will be taking down the Signs at the road and will have sharpie markers for everyone to autograph the sign.
We would also like to thank John & Peggy Langdon for allowing Comp Park to use the land for the track. Without they're generosity it would not have been possible to build and keep the track open.
